TĂş Thomas HoĂ ng

Founder, Hoang Law Firm

TĂş Thomas HoĂ ng immigrated to the United States as a political refugee following the Vietnam War. He earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where he also received a Certificate in International Legal Studies.

During law school, Mr. Hoàng clerked for the Jefferson Parish District Attorney’s Office. He served as President and Treasurer of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association (APALSA), competed as an Oralist and Brief Writer for the Jessup International Law Moot Court Team, and contributed as a staff member of the Trial Advocacy Board.

Following graduation, Mr. HoĂ ng served as a Hearing Officer and Administrative Judge for the Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans while founding Hoang Law Firm in 2018.

He is a Barrister of Loyola’s St. Thomas More Inn of Court, a member of the Jefferson Bar Association (JBA), and a Board Advisor for the Vietnamese American Bar Association of Louisiana (VABA-LA).

Outside of his legal practice, Mr. HoĂ ng is dedicated to community service. He serves on the Board of the Vietnamese American Tutoring and Education Program (VATEP), a nonprofit organization that provides after-school tutoring and ACT preparation for underserved youth in the Greater New Orleans area.

Mr. HoĂ ng is the proud father of two sons and an energetic standard poodle named Winston.
